Overview

As a Junior Customer Success Analyst at Thomson Reuters, you will help clients navigate complex situations in the tax, foreign trade, accounting, and legal markets, ensuring they have the support and training needed to effectively use our products.

In Short

  • Mediation and resolution of customer conflicts or dissatisfaction.
  • Organizing training and capacity building for clients.
  • Maintaining close contact with clients.
  • Monitoring product/service performance and usage.
  • Assisting clients during the implementation process.
  • Promoting the adoption of new product/service features.
  • Organizing schedules.
  • Recording all interactions with clients.
  • Maintaining clear communication and constant feedback with management.

Requirements

  • Experience in Implementation, Support, or Customer Success.
  • Experience and skill with Accounting Software.
  • Experience with Process Management Software.
