Application Technician - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Technician to join our team. As an Application Technician, you will provide courteous and prompt operational support relating to assigned application systems, ensuring minimal customer impact and swift resolution of issues.

In Short

• Provides skilled technical support with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment focused on customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Math.
• Strong understanding of web-based software platforms and SQL.
• Moderate to advanced technical experience with development code.
• Strong mentorship and training skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant technical certifications preferred but not required.
