Overview

As an Application Technician at Modual, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sustainable energy solutions and building customer relationships in Switzerland.

In Short

• Establish and develop customer relationships with distributors and PV installers in Switzerland.
• Support and advise sales partners in marketing energy storage solutions.
• Acquire new sales partners and provide technical support.
• Conduct technical training, product presentations, and workshops.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth potentials.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes.
• Provide technical advice and handle customer inquiries.
• Support fieldwork, including commissioning and technical support.
• Represent Modual at trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, sales, or application engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or battery storage.
• Technical affinity and interest in energy storage solutions and sustainable technologies.
• Enjoy building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• High initiative, reliability, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in advising and training customers.
• Fluent in German and French; English is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for making a difference in a young company.
