In Short

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials.
• Support the Services Delivery project team in liaising with clients, discussing requirements, and handling issues.
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols and client discussions.
• Document all requirements and participate in specification review meetings.
• Assist with client review meetings and make updates to specifications as needed.
• Manage project schedules and track tasks required to meet milestones.
• Assist in creating UAT plans and provide client support during UAT.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase.
• Provide system training to end-users via various meeting formats.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (in life sciences or computer science preferred).
• 1.5 years of progressive associate project manager experience.
