Requirements

Proficient in Elixir, Erlang/OTP, JavaScript, ReactJS, Go, or Rust.
Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems.
Experience with open-source software development practices.
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and Linux containers.
Confident with Git and UNIX-style Command Line Interface.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Remote working capability within 3 hours of UTC.
Track record of open-source contributions is a plus.
Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and design patterns like CQRS/ES.
Focus on practical skills over formal education.
