Event & Growth Marketer - Remote

In Short

• Join a unified marketing team supporting three fast-growing SaaS brands.
• Build a best-in-class event engine across various event types.
• Align event strategy with company-wide goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event programming.
• Own the full lifecycle of event execution from concept to post-event.
• Develop and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
• Define and document processes for events.
• Track KPIs and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Support speaker preparation and internal awareness campaigns.
• Continuously refine tactics based on data and trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech.
• Proven ability to run large-scale tradeshows and webinars.
• Obsessed with process, yet flexible in chaotic situations.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Experience with multiple brands and business units.
• Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and webinar platforms.
