Overview

We're currently looking for a Growth Marketer—someone who’s equal parts thinker and doer, ready to lead strategy across branding, content, websites, and digital marketing.

In Short

• Lead growth marketing strategy across branding, web, and digital campaigns
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and build customer personas
• Run strategy workshops with clients and internal teams
• Audit marketing performance, UX, SEO, CRO, and content
• Build funnel-based marketing plans grounded in data and insight
• Collaborate with creatives, devs, and marketers to bring strategies to life
• Track KPIs and continuously optimize for better results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing
• Deep understanding of UX, CRO, and SEO
• Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator—you can confidently lead workshops and create actionable strategies
• Excited by data, customer psychology, and results-driven marketing
• Background in agency, startup, or social impact environments is a plus
