As a Lead Software Engineer at SureCost, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing innovative software solutions for pharmacy purchasing and inventory management. Your role will involve overseeing feature delivery, maintaining stakeholder communication, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software design and development
• Experience in a technical leadership role
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with AI coding tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
