Lead Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to support a critical software development effort for our government customer.

In Short

• Lead software development efforts for DOD/Federal customers.
• Develop system requirements and conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
• Provide software maintenance, documentation, and compliance with DOD security standards.
• Design and implement cloud solutions aligned with DOD requirements.
• Lead the delivery team and supervise personnel.
• Integrate cybersecurity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive innovation and process improvement.
• Ensure operational effectiveness of cloud solutions.
• Manage vulnerabilities and conduct threat modeling.
• Support continuous improvement aligned with DoD strategic goals.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with DOD/Federal customers.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and DOD compliance.
• Ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience in data analytics and system requirements development.
