Requirements

  • Excellent Croatian and English (C1 level for both)
  • At least 2 years of user support experience
  • Experience with computers, tablets, smartphones, and smart home devices
  • Experience in applications and social media configurations
  • Experience in email and web browsing support
  • Experience in office software support
  • Technical studies diploma or courses
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Personal laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and stable internet connection
