Requirements

  • Native Korean speaker with C1 level English skills.
  • 6-12 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto.
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
  • Crypto industry knowledge.
  • CRM experience in Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Personal computer with a stable internet connection.
