  • Communicate with developers to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent English communication skills required
  • Prior experience in tech support is a must

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Degree in computer science or information technology preferred
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is a plus
