Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who is eager to apply their knowledge of international law, gain experience in an international IT company, and communicate with clients from around the world.

• Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional legal experience, preferably in technology or commercial law.
• Practical experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical, legal, and research skills.
• Master's degree in law.
• Excellent command of English, including legal terminology.
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to work hard.
