Overview

As a Business Development Specialist at SupportYourApp, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing high-level quality service for well-known IT companies from all over the world.

In Short

• Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms.
• Conduct meetings with clients.
• Handle email correspondence with the prospects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in business development is a must.
• Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar.
• Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking).
• Experience in conducting Discovery calls.
• Have successful closed deals.
• Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner.
• Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively.
