Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Head role.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Bing).
• Experience with international markets, especially English-speaking.
• Proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Experience in budgeting and spend tracking.
• Understanding of sales funnel and lead generation.
• Team management experience.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
