Today, we’re scaling fast across product lines, channels (DTC, Amazon, retail, subscription), and regions (U.S. and international). Our engine is fueled by performance marketing, creative volume, product obsession, and a relentless test-and-learn culture.

Now, we’re looking for a world-class VP of Growth to lead our next phase of customer acquisition and help shape the future of the brand.

In Short

  • Own the customer acquisition engine, driving strategy and execution.
  • Focus on doubling monthly new customer acquisition.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Manage acquisition P&L, including CAC and contribution margin.
  • Lead performance marketing across various channels.
  • Implement MMM, incrementality testing, and forecasting models.
  • Partner with creative teams to generate marketing assets.
  • Optimize funnels and increase conversion rates.
  • Build influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Own analytics and reporting frameworks.

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building.
  • Experience with performance marketing channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Familiarity with creative processes and asset generation.
  • Experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement.
