Join our team as a Customer Onboarding Agent within a dynamic photography project, where you'll assist new photographers in the onboarding process while working from home.

In Short

• Assist new photographers with registration and portfolio submission.
• Provide guidance on portfolio status and enhancements.
• Encourage activation and assist in completing the first mission.
• Re-engage inactive creators during onboarding.
• Monitor progress and report obstacles.
• Work securely with sensitive customer information.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (C1 level).
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and drive execution autonomously.
• Experience with Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain tracking of tasks.
• Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet connection.
