Overview

As a Customer Support / Community Management Consultant, you will be part of a multicultural and multilingual environment, working remotely to provide support and build relationships with customers.

In Short

  • Answer customer posts on social media platforms like X, Reddit, and TripAdvisor.

  • Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1 level for spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer support.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with X, Reddit, TripAdvisor.
  • Experience with the US market.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
