Overview

Our client, a Y-Combinator-backed, category-defining startup in logistics technology, is seeking a high-impact Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead their outbound efforts from Lisbon.

In Short

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and personalized emails to identify and engage potential clients.
• Focus on securing high-quality introductory meetings for the client's leadership and commercial teams.
• Use strategic questioning to qualify prospects and ensure they face the operational challenges the platform solves.
• Maintain impeccable records in the CRM, ensuring every lead and interaction is tracked and followed up on.
• Identify key stakeholders within target organizations and tailor the pitch accordingly.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in a high-activity outreach role (Recruitment, Real Estate, or Inside Sales for marketplaces/SaaS companies).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a requirement.
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage for this role.
• You have the persistence to stay through the hard work of cold prospecting and the resilience to bounce back from rejection.
