Overview

The Appointment Setting Team Lead is responsible for driving and optimizing the outbound sales process by leading the appointment-setting team and personally generating leads. This individual will collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to strategize outreach, refine target market metrics, and develop effective sales scripts. Additionally, they will actively engage in lead generation activities while coaching and mentoring their team to ensure high performance, continuous improvement, and goal achievement.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source and generate leads through various outbound sales methods.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria for high-quality appointments.
  • Identify new outreach channels and strategies for lead acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop outreach strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to adjust target market metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach appointment setters for skill improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions on lead generation and CRM usage.
  • Develop and refine sales scripts for appointment setters.
  • Set and track KPIs for personal and team performance.
  • Ensure proper CRM usage for accurate prospect records.
