  • Own the full-funnel performance strategy and infrastructure that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Build and maintain full-funnel visibility from visitor to MQL, SQL, and pipeline
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance using data
  • Manage lead and account scoring models
  • Oversee attribution logic and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Ensure database integrity and campaign readiness
  • Maintain consistent tagging and UTM governance
  • Own the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
  • Highly developed analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Segment
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and funnel strategy
  • Experience with lead scoring and attribution frameworks
  • Effective skills in managing stakeholders
