The Senior Marketing Operations Business Partner will drive strategic and operational initiatives that support campaign execution across our marketing teams to enhance the impact of marketing on Deel’s growth.

• Own process improvements in key marketing technologies like HubSpot, Braze, Demandbase, and Salesforce.
• Manage audience segmentation within automation and communication tools.
• Oversee traffic management for outbound email and in-app marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign execution including lead management and target list creation.
• Execute programs within marketing technologies to launch campaigns timely.
• Ensure data integrity through cleansing and enrichment processes.
• Create documentation and training materials for GTM teams.
• Assist with onboarding new marketing technologies.
• Provide service to internal customers like sales and marketing program managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in B2B organizations.
• Proven experience managing campaigns using marketing technology systems.
• Advanced expertise in marketing automation and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing and data infrastructure.
• Experience with cross-functional, culturally diverse teams.
• Skilled in implementing processes for campaign execution.
• Data-driven mindset for actionable insights.
