In Short

  • Drive Multi-Processor Orchestration by partnering with engineering.
  • Monitor and Optimize MID Performance with real-time dashboards.
  • Support Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Strategy.
  • Enable Subscription Success through alerting and observability.
  • Act as First Responder in the TAM on-call rotation.
  • Build for Reliability & Continuity by documenting fallback scenarios.
  • Champion Observability and AI Adoption.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and Vendors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or other analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with payments orchestration across multiple processors.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling for debugging or observability.
  • Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Background in the travel or fintech industry is a strong plus.
