Overview

As an Instructional & Enablement Analyst at Super.com, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of customer interactions and supporting continuous development within the customer service team.

In Short

• Design and develop engaging training materials for agent success.
• Conduct regular audits of customer interactions and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content.
• Work closely with the Quality team to leverage insights for training opportunities.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date training library.
• Track and report on training effectiveness using data and KPIs.
• Partner with internal teams and vendor partners for high-quality training experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years designing and implementing training materials in a call center environment.
• Experience collaborating with Quality teams to enhance training effectiveness.
• Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven adjustments.
• Experience overseeing cross-functional coordination and influencing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices, with Fintech or Travel experience preferred.
• Success in maintaining organized training resources.
