As a Sales Representative with the Sunlighten for Business team, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion, generating new business through relentless market research, bold networking, and strategic outreach. You'll identify qualified leads, secure meetings, and guide prospects through your pipeline, closing game-changing B2B and commercial deals with wellness centers, spas, hotels, and more.

In Short

  • Develop strong relationships with business owners and decision makers.
  • Identify new opportunities through cold calls and prospecting.
  • Ramp-up over 4 months to perfect demos and build relationships.
  • Hit long term KPI’s including revenue targets and lead generation.
  • Complete sales transactions and prepare contracts accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments for order processing.
  • Analyze market reports for new business opportunities.
  • Create proposals for existing customers.
  • Work to convert losses into wins.
  • Utilize senior staff for training and guidance.

  • Proven ability to turn prospects into partnerships.
  • Existing book of business in relevant industries.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of wellness and health industries.
