Requirements

  • Recent experience as an Account Executive in Wholesale Lending
  • Proven production history and established broker base
  • Strong knowledge in non-QM Paper and 2nd lien programs
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work remotely to establish and maintain relationships
