Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of FHA/VA Loan Processing experience.
• 5 years total Loan Processing experience with a retail mortgage lender.
• Experience with Encompass and nCino.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
