Overview

The Post Closing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the Post Closing Department, ensuring efficient loan shipping, delivery, and management of collateral.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in mortgage post closing.
• Familiarity with post closing practices and mortgage documentation.
• Knowledge of FHA, HUD, FNMA, HELOC, USDA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• High proficiency with mortgage loan processing systems, Encompass preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
