Requirements

• Two years of experience preparing closing disclosures with a mortgage lender.
• Experience with conventional and government loan programs.
• Retail or wholesale experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Texas loans is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Flexible and able to adjust work schedule as needed.
