Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Director (Healthcare), you will develop and oversee the healthcare sales strategy, building relationships with healthcare enterprises to fuel growth.

In Short

  • Identify and close healthcare enterprise targets to meet sales goals.
  • Engage with Executive and C-Suite level clients.
  • Lead sales calls and prepare presentations.
  • Research prospective clients’ business goals and challenges.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and marketing to generate leads.
  • Leverage existing healthcare network to grow pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure client success.
  • Participate in GTM strategies and relevant events.
  • Up to 25% travel required for client meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of strategic selling into Enterprise and/or Mid-Market accounts.
  • Experience engaging with C-Suite and senior management.
  • Consultative sales experience with complex opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with urgency.
  • Existing network in healthcare or related sectors.
