Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to read JSON structure.
  • Familiarity with support tools like Intercom.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology.
  • Experience building trust and establish rapport with customers at all levels.
