Corporate Paralegal and Token Administrator - Remote

The Sui Foundation is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal and Token Administrator to add to our world class team of legal professionals. You will report to the General Counsel and be responsible for multiple functions. Your ideas and contributions will shape the team’s relationship with the rest of the company. Creativity, a brilliant mind, and excitement about having a hand in building the internet of the future are all required.

In Short

• Manage Sui Foundation’s token incentive plans for all employees.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for token settlement.
• Manage third-party token administration platform.
• Serve as partner to the Legal team on corporate legal issues.
• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Assist with employment legal matters.
• Work with Ironclad contract automation.
• Facilitate strategic and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate legal files.
• Proactive self-starter in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate paralegal and token administration.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and securities laws.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Solutions-focused collaborator.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Passion for blockchain or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract management tools is a bonus.
