Senior Product Transfer Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

Stryker is hiring a Senior Product Transfer Quality Engineer! In this role, you will be involved across all our divisions to drive successful product transfers by ensuring quality, optimizing costs, and improving services for our customers, all while maintaining compliance with both internal and external standards.

In Short

• Support all transfers globally.
• Provide interpretation and guidance on Regulations and procedures related to quality activities.
• Point of contact for quality for Product transfers at various phases.
• Identify Product transfer quality risks and provide solutions.
• Act as the technical quality expert that sets quality strategy.
• Provide expertise for quality specialties associated with Product transfer.
• Support Product Transfer Process training.
• Drive continuous optimization of Product Transfer Process.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multi-site team.
• Travel percentage is 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, Engineering or related subject.
• 2+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, product transfer, and/or validations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Concepts and Risk Based Techniques.
• Self-starter with analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset.
• Advanced degree/Lean Six Sigma training is a distinct advantage.
