Overview

As Manager, Workplace Practices - Employee Relations, you will be a key member of Stryker’s HR Center of Excellence, leading complex employee relations investigations and driving proactive workplace practices.

In Short

• Lead and conduct high-volume HR investigations across the U.S.
• Manage a large caseload of employee relations issues.
• Develop investigation strategies and analyze data trends.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders.
• Mentor and train new and junior investigators.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance for policy violations.
• Design and deliver training for managers and employees.
• Support development of ER standards and processes.
• Work remotely with travel expectations.
• Participate in special projects aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or 14+ years total work experience.
• Preferred 2+ years in employee relations or HR investigations.
• Experience in a large commercial organization.
• Degree in Business or Human Resources.
• PHR certifications are a plus.
