Overview

The Associate Employee Relations Manager serves as a member of the Employee Relations/HR Investigations team, managing investigations and advising HR and business leaders on sensitive matters across the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR 12+ years of total work experience
• 3+ years business-facing HR experience
• Experience conducting work environment investigations
• Proficiency in PowerBI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
