Overview

As an Instructional Designer/Learning Architect at Strive Pharmacy, you will develop and deliver training across various modalities while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness and support product enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• 5+ years of in-person and webinar training experience.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Advanced skills in Slack and Google Workspace.
• Educated in Learning Theory and Learning Design.
• Experience with unconventional data approaches.
• LMS Admin experience is a plus.
• Video creation and editing experience is a plus.
