Overview

As a Corporate Finance and Development Project Manager at Strive, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing various company strategies, leading projects primarily within the Finance and People Operations organization.

In Short

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Assist with department specific workload and resource management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
• Strong foundation in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools like Asana.
• Experience with Finance or HR software.
