Corporate Development Manager - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for driving Nebius’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will proactively identify, evaluate, and execute high-potential M&A opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Drive deal execution from sourcing to closing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community.
• Support post-merger integration planning in partnership with relevant teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
