Overview

The Manager of Corporate Development is focused on the company's M&A and other corporate development operations, assisting in assessing and pursuing buy-side acquisitions and related transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with superior academic performance.
• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate M&A.
• Experience with financial modeling in Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work long hours during transaction processes.
