Overview

The Instructional Designer/Learning Architect will develop and deliver training programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilize data storytelling to identify training needs, supporting the mission of Strive Pharmacy to provide personalized healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Experience in in-person and webinar training.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Learning Theory and Adult Learning Principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and unconventional approaches.
• Strong ethical standards and conduct.
