In Short

• Onboard new Striim customers through partner programs.
• Lead customer technical teams to implement Striim best practices.
• Be the in-house customer champion for technical advocacy.
• Engage existing customers to realize technology value.
• Track customer issues and collaborate with support.
• Design and deliver technical enablement strategies.
• Build engaging presentations and demos.
• Create prototypes to promote new use cases.
• Document the end-to-end process for knowledge sharing.
• Support the sales organization as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 4+ years in sales-oriented, customer-facing technical roles.
• 4+ years with database management systems.
• 3+ years of experience in programming languages.
• Experience with Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Change Data Capture and large data environments.
• Experience with cloud security and networking.
• Experience with Message Systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
• Proven experience in the sales lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
