Senior Corporate Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for the full-cycle accounting and reporting requirements of assigned Stream corporate entities, delivering timely and accurate financial reports while assisting Corporate Accounting leadership with various tasks.

In Short

• Full-cycle accounting responsibilities for corporate entities.
• Preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver timely financial reports to corporate accounting reviewers.
• Calculate bonuses and review commission billing.
• Track investment entities and review documents for equity pickups.
• Manage cash for assigned entities and communicate issues to leadership.
• Perform special reporting and analytical projects as needed.
• Respond effectively to questions from local offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Masters Degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Experience with Workday, NetSuite, or Yardi is a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality required.
• Desire to work in a cooperative team environment.
