In Short

• Provide internal and external reporting of Property financial results.
• Prepare internal and external reporting packages.
• Support the budgeting process and expense reconciliation.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Provide excellent external and internal customer service.
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages.
• Ensure internal and external deadlines are met.
• Communicate with property management teams.
• Interact with Clients on issues.
• Prepare and submit Sales & Use Tax returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Accounting classes and work experience required.
• 1-4 years of related accounting/reporting experience.
• Analytical and accounting skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact with Clients and team members.
• Intermediate competence in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of various accounting software.
• Self-motivation and ability to multi-task.
