Property Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Property Accountant role at JLL involves managing financial reporting and controls for property portfolios, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations while working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Production of monthly/quarterly reports for clients
• Completion of statutory and regulatory reporting
• Monitoring key performance indicators
• Timely resolution of financial issues
• Collaboration with finance and surveyor teams

• Maintaining financial controls
• Performing ad hoc accounting duties

Requirements

• Good bookkeeping skills
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-Lookups
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Organized with attention to detail
• Initiative to resolve issues independently
• AAT qualification preferred
• Working towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA is desirable
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
• Familiarity with Client Systems (Yardi/MRI/Horizon) advantageous
