Property Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Property Accountant will provide full-scale accounting support for the property management team, playing a key role in managing financial activities and reporting.

• Manage general accounting activities.

• Record and update the book of accounts monthly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and provide reliable management reports.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• Strong PC literacy and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to cope with ambiguity and complex problems.
• Effective communication skills in English and local language.
