Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Access knowledge desirable.
• Experience with real estate software (MRI, Yardi) a plus.
• Effective planning and organizing skills.
• Client-focused with strong relationship management skills.
