Senior Corporate Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for the full-cycle accounting and reporting requirements of assigned Stream corporate entities, delivering timely and accurate financial reports and assisting with various accounting tasks.

In Short

• Responsible for month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Deliver accurate financial reports to corporate accounting reviewers.
• Calculate bonuses and review commission billing.
• Track investment entities and review documents.
• Manage accounts payable and customer billings.
• Communicate cash management issues effectively.
• Special reporting and analytical projects as needed.
• Respond to local office inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Masters Degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of large corporate accounting experience required.
• Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Experience with Workday, NetSuite, or Yardi is a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality required.
