In Short

  • Analyze and evaluate potential locations for digital screens considering visibility, target groups, traffic density, and legal requirements.
  • Build a strong network and maintain contacts with property owners, project developers, and other relevant partners.
  • Negotiate lease agreements professionally, ensuring all legal and economic aspects are optimally considered.
  • Manage the entire project process from initial contact to successful commissioning of advertising space.
  • Coordinate all parties involved, from construction companies to authorities, to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Bring digital advertising spaces to the best locations and drive innovative outdoor advertising.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business, geography, real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in the real estate industry, ideally in project development.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and experience in location analysis and acquisition.
  • Proficient in contract negotiation with solid knowledge of real estate and rental law.
  • Proficient in GIS systems and other relevant software tools for location evaluation.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
