In Short

Analyze and evaluate potential locations for digital screens considering visibility, target groups, traffic density, and legal requirements.
Build a strong network and maintain contacts with property owners, project developers, and other relevant partners.
Negotiate lease agreements professionally, ensuring all legal and economic aspects are optimally considered.
Manage the entire project process from initial contact to successful commissioning of advertising space.
Coordinate all parties involved, from construction companies to authorities, to ensure smooth implementation.
Bring digital advertising spaces to the best locations and drive innovative outdoor advertising.

Requirements

Completed studies in business, geography, real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in the real estate industry, ideally in project development.
Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and experience in location analysis and acquisition.
Proficient in contract negotiation with solid knowledge of real estate and rental law.
Proficient in GIS systems and other relevant software tools for location evaluation.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
