Requirements

• Deep understanding of marketing and user acquisition principles.
• At least five years of experience in user acquisition.
• Expertise in managing paid channels and strategies.
• Experience leading a team of user acquisition managers.
• Strong analytical skills for optimizing campaign performance.
• Proficient in building professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate ownership.
• Resilience and composure under stress.
