In Short

• Act as a contact person for field staff and coordinate communication with other departments.
• Responsible for order verification and processing to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Coordinate between complaint management and field staff, serving as the central contact in the complaint process.
• Support field staff in planning, preparing, and following up on sales and marketing activities.
• Document and verify customer data in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and ideally first experience in sales.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset and high communication ability.
• Quick comprehension and a creative mind that develops individual solutions in a team.
• Flexible, reliable, structured, and independent team player with attention to detail.
